I can't believe its already time to update the blog. Where does the time go?? I didn't take too many pictures this week, its been a rough one. Crista is still working on her 6 new teeth. I sure wish they'd speed up their entrance. The molars are almost completely in but those "eye" teeth are giving her a fit!
On a brighter note, Crista is trying to say all types of words. Her new word this week is "yes ma'am!" as she nods her head. I'm trying to instill some southern manners in her :-) She's getting to be such a big girl, tries to put on her own socks and shoes (we have a ways to go yet), brushes her hair and teeth, loves to be mommy to her baby doll, and RUNS everywhere! I noticed just this week that I don't have a baby anymore. She's a toddler, attitude and all!

We're still enjoying our new bikes. We've put in 55 miles so far since we've gotten them. Crista loves to ride and actually fell asleep on our bike ride today. Earlier this week a cold front moved through so here's Crista all bundled up ready for her ride. PS- I didn't go on this ride. I don't do cold weather!
One of my favorite times of day is right after we give Crista her bath. She instantly become snugly and just likes to be held.
And after her bath, Crista brushes her teeth. She's very independent!
Last night Crista and I met Jake after work and went out to eat and then to the mall. We had a wonderful evening and went back to Jake's work to pick up his car. Jake's office building is full of cubicles and Crista loved playing peek-a-boo over the top of them.
By the time we made it home, Crista was fast asleep.
Saturday mornings come way too early in this household! But we do love snuggling under the covers first thing.
I've decided to try a new hobby. So this afternoon I got out my ribbons and made a few hair bows for Crista. I think they turned out really cute!
