Over the past few weeks, we've been able to get together with Josh, Katie, and Chaney. The girls are only 6 weeks apart in age so they play very well together! Both girls are as charming as they come with the cutest personalities to match their sweet spirits. Its fun to watch them together and I know they'll always be good friends! After 3 weeks of not seeing Reese, I wasn't sure how the reunion would go...
I think they both missed each other!
Crista has had a good few weeks. She's learning new words everyday, and surprising us with them! Just Thursday night she held up a piece of broccli and said "broccli". Like she's said it a hundred times before. This morning her baby monitor was making noises and she said "what's that?". I told her it was her monitor and she said "mon-tor?" She constantly amazes us!
Her new "favorites" are Elmo, Choo-Choo (Thomas the Train), and dancing. She's also perfected her "flip-flop" and thinks she had to run everywhere! She no longer takes her pacifier (I cut the end off and she said it was broke and threw it in the trash). She has become quite the artist, and loves stickers too! She constantly reminds us to pray before every meal/snack, at bed and nap times, and randomly throughout the day. She also loves to shout out "Amen!" at church when Jake finishes his prayer. It's so exciting watching her grow and change. At this age she's like a sponge, soaking up everything around her. She sure keeps us on our toes!
