This weekend we celebrated Crista's first birthday! It's hard to believe we've had Crista home now for over 5 months! The time we've had with her has been so special and so precious, filled with laughter and grins and wonderful memories. We are so blessed to have Crista in our lives!
In the last week Crista has changed so much. Last Tuesday Crista decided she was through with crawling and started walking. She's been taking steps now for a few weeks but on this day everything just clicked for her and she's been on the go since!
Another big development is her jabbering. She "talks" non-stop, putting syllables together to make new "words". Its so cute when she answers your question in her babble, like she's really talking to you.
Our baby girl is growing up fast and its amazing to watch her grow and change on a daily basis. What an incredible privilege it is to have a child to love! We took Crista in to get her 1 year old pictures taken on Friday. Here are a few of our favorites.
