This is NOT Wordless Wednesday
I've been sick with a sinus infection and Crista has a cold so I haven't taken any pictures this week. These pictures were taken exactly one year ago. We were visiting my parents and just hanging around the house. It always amazed me to look back at older pictures because you can really see just how much Crista has grown and changed. She still had those chubby cheeks and barely there hair and a pacifier!! I can hardly remember her with her paci! Oh, those sweet baby days!
Ok, funny story...
Crista and Reese were in the garage playing while I was (apparently not watching them) in the office showing Reese's mom some new sewing patterns (the office is off of the garage). I kept hearing Reese saying "We're bobbing for apples!" I think I may have mumbled something to them like "Ok, that's good!" After a few minutes of their pretend play, we got up to go back into the house. I finally put 2 and 2 together when I saw the girls bending over the basket of apples we had just gotten at the apple orchard. The girls had the biggest grins on their faces. They weren't playing pretend..they were really bobbing for apples. About 8 of my apples each had one little bite in them! I might have been disappointed if they hadn't been so cute!
