We're Back...

bet you thought we'd never be back!

We had a wonderful 9 days while in Georgia! The weather was nice and Crista was able to play outside just about every day! I took close to 600 pictures during our stay and so many of them turned out very well! I (only) chose 61 to post today so here they are...

PS-because there's so many pictures, I broke this blog up into chapters :-)

Chapter 1

Georgia On My Mind

Crista at the airport in Savannah. She's grinning so big here because she didn't even need a sweater when we went outside. It was in the upper 80's!

Crista went right to work when we got to Da & Grandma's. She played in the playhouse...

and she played in the sand...

she helped Grandma water the flowers...

and swung with Grandma...

went for a walk with Grandma..

but basically, she just hung around!

Chapter 2

Just Us Girls

Crista was so excited to see her only girl Georgia cousin. She talks about Hannah all the time!

Girl talk. They must've had a lot to catch up on.

Chapter 3

Take Me Out To The Ball Game

Crista went to her first ever ball game to see Chase play baseball.

And the next morning she got to see Hannah play ball...
and Holden in a Throw, Run, Hit competition. It was an exciting 2 days!
Crista liked the games...but LOVED the popcorn!

Going to Church

Chapter 5

Toddler Tuesday

I took Crista to her very first Toddler Tuesday at the church. She looks so sweet and innocent. Hard to imagine this sweet little face threw a major tantrum about 1.5 seconds after I took this picture.

Me & My Da

Crista loves to be her Da! They had many adventures together while playing outside. I think the pictures speak for themselves...

Chapter 7

Cooking 101

Grandma taught Crista a few lessons in cooking. She's become a pro at making homemade ice cream...correction...she's become a pro a EATING homemade ice cream!

Enjoying the first bite. It was NOT her last!

Grandma also taught Crista how to make a chicken pie. Crista loves helping in the kitchen.

Crista learned quickly that flour doesn't taste nearly as good as ice cream.

Chapter 8

Doin' Hair

Crista's thinking of going into business for herself.

And finish it off with some spray.

Mommy's turn.

I guess Mommy has funny hair. She kept giggling the whole time!

Crista even got Uncle Marcus in on the action. He's so pretty!

But Crista did NOT want her hair to be done.

Chapter 9

Kittens & Ice Cream

Uncle Walter had a surprise for Crista, kittens!

But the real reason Crista wanted to go see Uncle Walter, chocolate milk shake!

I told Crista is was time to go. Do you know what she said??!!
And then she turned and ran in the opposite direction!
