What A Week!

Last Saturday night Crista spent the night with her Mamma and Pappa. Here are a few pictures from their night together. Sure looks like they had fun!!

Now, you know I didn't send THIS thing for her to wear! We just have to remember that Mamma only had boys. We'll have to bring her up to speed on the latest girl fashions :-)
(PS-Mamma, I think she looks cute!)

At least she looked pretty for church!

See how happy our little toddler is??

Can you believe that in all those pictures, she was sick?! She started with a runny nose Friday afternoon, had a low-grade fever by Sunday, and a cough on Tuesday. I finally took her into the Dr's on Thrusday and found out she has an ear infection. I have to admit, I was shocked! Never once did she pull on her ears or act as if they were hurting her. She wanted to be held a lot more than usual and at times you could tell she didn't feel good, but I just thought it was a cold!

I was afraid I would have trouble getting her medicine down, but Crista's a champ! She likes to do it all by herself!

In other exciting news...we had a terrible storm roll though Tuesday night. It had warmed up into the 50's that day and a cold front pushed its way though to bring temps into the 20's! Along with the cold front came some severe weather. This was Crista's first time though a storm like this and she didn't know quite what to think. We're just thankful it was a quick storm!

Getting ready for the storm to hit. Crista was snuggled in tight with her Daddy and Elmo.

When the wind and rain started, Crista wasn't too sure of it.

Getting reassurance from Daddy.

The storm was a little scary, but we made it through safe and sound!

Crista is a one man band! She sure loves her music!

This is our version of "Clowns in a Car". We call it "Babies in a Basket".

Is it getting a little crowded in here, or is it just me?

Ahhh, that's better. A little breathing room!

Does life get any better than this? I have all my babies AND a kiss from Elmo!
